We're in the process of building a space dedicated to the advancement of woman’s health through preventative, non-clinical health education.Inspired by personal experience, we believe true well-being is not the result of a single intervention, but a layered process with nervous system health at its core. This is the key to a body and mind that can adapt to stress and a prerequisite for all other health practices. We are reframing the narrative that health can be achieved overnight, showing instead that it is built cumulatively & with compassion through preventative self-care.In its truest form, preventative self-care is the practice of consistently building a foundation for your physical, mental, and emotional health. Unlike reactive care—which addresses problems after they emerge—this approach focuses on the small, daily rituals and intentional practices that support your well-being over time, empowering you to take an active role in your own healing.Soon, we'll be launching a public online library of expert-contributed resources. Our goal for the next year is to create a trusted, comprehensive resource where nervous system regulation is integrated into each of our seven core categories:
Mental Health
Empowerment
Sleep
Exercise & Movement
Hormones
Aging
Nutrition
We envision a world where every woman has the knowledge, tools, and support to understand her body, trust her instincts, and cultivate habits and knowledge that sustain a healthy, vibrant life—leading to generations of stronger, healthier, and empowered women.

I spent years following popular wellness advice, but my health never improved. I finally discovered the missing link: addressing my body’s foundational operating system—the nervous system. This realization sparked a conviction: I had a moral imperative to provide other women with the essential health education they needed, rather than profiting from their suffering. That conviction is HUR, our nonprofit. Our mission is to empower women through knowledge. We provide a free, public online library of expert-contributed, non-clinical health education. My goal is to help women understand their bodies, trust their instincts, and cultivate habits for a healthy, vibrant life.Join my mission to advance the health of over 100,000 women by 2030 and create a new standard of preventative self-care.XOXO,
Alex
